Patapon is a rhythm game for the PSP (PlayStation Portable) made by Pyramid. It features the adventure of these eyeballs with limbs that fight monsters and other stuff to get to the Earthend so they can gaze upon "It". In the game, you are their God, and your job is to play drums to make them move, attack, charge, etc. (More info Here)
This game had a great impact in my life, I would say it was one, if not, the first game I ever played and understood how to play it. I'd spend hours playing that silly game and it made me very happy. It has some sick soundtrack that I still love now days.
One day I was chilling when I find out that there gonna be a fourth game (there's only 3 games at the moment I write this), I got so excited. Eventually, this one conceptual art came out:
When I saw it I was so happy and impressed. These design were more complex and colorful than from the original 3 games. So I decided to make a little drawing out of my excitement. I picked up the little water eye thingies because they look very cute and they are also the simplest ones. It took me less than an hour, which, for the time it was made it was pretty impressive to me:
A few months later I would find out that this is gonna be a not related game to patapon, but instead, is gonna be "inspired" by it, and the new designs came. I don't have the image of all the new characters but I have this one:
